You are welcome to arrange your own courier for collection. Please provide 5 working days notice. We are only responsible for the item whilst in our possession.

Returns

Information on sizes, weights, dimensions are provided as a guide, please make sure the item suits your requirements. For any further information please contact 07875 295500. Returns will not be accepted on sizes, weights and dimensions.

Whilst we hope you will be satisfied with our product, if you are not totally satisfied returns are accepted provided we have been made aware within 7 days of delivery and also providing no damage has occurred.

We DO NOT refund delivery or collection costs and charge a restocking fee of 15% of the price paid. This covers fees and commission we pay eBay for each transaction, plus additional preparation/service costs.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange a product that is deemed unsuitable, however shipping or delivery costs would NOT be refunded and further deliveries made will be chargeable. Exchanges will only occur if no damage has occurred to the item. Again please make the item suits your requirements as we cannot accept exchanges based on sizes, weight and dimensions.

Warranty

All our products come with 3 months warranty for breakdown, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

I agree that work described in this contract can be started on the date of sale. I understand that if I subsequently cancel this contract within 7 days from receiving notice of the right to cancel I will have to pay a reasonable amount for the goods or services provided under the contract prior to cancellation.

Customer Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel this contract if you wish, within seven calendar days starting on the day this Notice of Right to Cancel is issued. Cancellation should be communicated in writing or by email to the person shown above.

The form provided may be used to exercise this right and can be issued in person or sent by post – in which case you should obtain a Certificate or Posting or Recorded Delivery slip. You are advised to take a copy of the cancellation notice before returning it to the Trader.
