At AMW what you see is what you get! Other companies here on eBay are offering stairlifts "ex-demo", "1 month old", up to 1 year old etc. which are in fact (to the trained eye) over 8 years old and unreliable! Buy Local!! AMW will not travel more than 100miles to fit a stairlift, please beware of companies who claim to travel more than this. Do you honestly think if it breaks down they will be back to repair it that same day if at all?? Reputation: AMW can back up ALL of its claims, we supply and fit stairlifts for housing associations and councils alike, and we attend breakdowns for many of the major manufacturers. Beware of traders who actually have full time jobs with other lift companies and are offering lifts (possibly even stolen from their place of work) in their free time!! 0800...?? 0800 numbers can be untraceable and easily set up to divert to a mobile phone, they are an out-of-date gimmick and can easily be changed when the owner wants to "disappear".
