This is how it works:

We will enclose it with the batteries - fill it in (it's not difficult) return it to us and we will refund the VAT on both the batteries and the delivery to your Paypal or Credit card account (by whatever means you have made your payment to us).

You can purchase on behalf of a disabled person as long as their address and name are completed in the VAT exemption form

For standby power this range has a nominal 8 year life. For Cyclic (charge/discharge) it varies, but should be changed with in 5 years
