Delivery All orders received by 3pm will usually be dispached to you on the next working day.  Our express delivery service will take approx 1-2 working days to arrive.  Standard delivery service will take 3-7 working days to arrive. All products will aim to be with you from between 2- 5 working day to mainland UK. (Unless Stated) Next day delivery can be guaranteed at an extra cost please call 01489 584443  or email us so we can sort this out for you. If you are not mainland UK again delivery can be arranged for a small extra charge. 

 If for any reason we are out of stock of an item we will notify you as soon as possible

Mobility Scooters and larger items will normally be with you in under 7 days and more often then not the next working day.  We also offer a two man home setup and demonstration service.

All items must be signed for and any damage reported to us with in 24 hours. 

Warranty

All of the products on our site are brand new and have a minimum 12 months Manufacturers Warranty, unless otherwise stated in the listing.  This warranty only covers products which are used in Mainland UK. If you find you are having problems with any products purchased from ourselves please contact our Customer Care team on 01489 584443, where we will be more than happy to assist you.  All products are required to be returned to base at your cost.

Exchange & Returns Policy

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, Mobility Bathroom Solutions gives customers a 7 day cooling off time period in which orders can be returned after the delivery date.  You will be personally responsible for the return of any goods.  All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.  Mobility Bathroom Solutions reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred by ourselves in the repair or repacking of any returned items.  This may include any costs that cause a subsequent loss to Mobility Bathroom Solutions.  These costs may include any spare parts, labour or packaging needed for us to restock the goods. If you are returning any products which required the home set up and demonstration service then you will be entitled to an 85% refund of your total purchase price, this is due to costs incurred by ourselves.
