Shipping

We aim to ship all our products within 1 day. We use a national courier for our larger items and royal mail for the smaller items.

We also offer free shipping for orders over £150.00.

Returns

North West Mobility Solutions will accept returns in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations '7 day cooling off period'. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned goods, North West Mobility Solutions will inspect the goods before issuing a full refund excluding the original cost of postage. Goods must be returned by the buyer at their own expenses and North West Mobility Solutions that a traceable delivery is used.
