Shipping All items that are in stock are dispatched to you within 2-5 business days of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day. Upon dispatch we obtain a certificate of posting from post office or a Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail International Signed for. Any item received damaged or lost will have to be reported to post office (we are not liable for any damaged or lost goods) and a claim with them. UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded – normally 1 - 2 working days, Royal Mail 2nd class 2-5 days, but not guaranteed. Rest of the World - Royal Mail International Signed for – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays or items lost or damage to items caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections. We always obtain proof of posting and so any claims for loss or damage will have to be taken up with the Royal Mail or carrier/postal provider by the buyer. Warranty / Returns

All new new Electrical items come with at least a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user/postage. Warranty cards have to be sent back to manufactures with in 7 days of purchase.

If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the first 7 days; we will replace or refund the purchase price of the item. After 7 days, please contact the manufacturer of the item and follow their procedures to rectify any faults.

If you return the item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt, we will refund you less an administration charge of 15% of sale cost. This charge is there to cover out costs.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Items of wrong size may be returned in exchange for a different size, with in 7 days and in original condition and unused, and at buyers cost, and a contribution to return postage enclosed in stamps to the value agreed by email.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must send by an adequately insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office.
